Nicola is an artist and Landscape Architect. She trained at Loughborough College of Art and Design and went on to study Landscape Architecture at Leeds. Whilst practicing as a Landscape Architect she has worked with many of the leading Architects in the UK today, designing both public and private spaces and gardens. Alongside this practice she has continued to make artworks, largely inspired by gardens, landscapes, plants and flowers.

She also designs and produces a collection of illustrated goods which are sold in small independent shops and galleries across the UK. These have a joyful quality to them, celebrating the everyday, full of colour, pattern and often with little characters with their own stories. Nicola lives and works in Yorkshire, on the edge of Ilkley Moor with her husband and their two daughters.
